    A: We have had reports that certain browser versions have had problems authenticating to our systems. This can generally be resolved by upgrading the browser to include the latest security patches. For Microsoft products we recommend that you visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and install any critical updates.

    Q: My browser says your SSL certificate is invalid.

    A: Your browser may well need a Root Certificate Update. It is likely that you are using an old version of a browser. This seems to particularly affect Macintosh machines. To ensure security you must use an up-to-date browser. We have been told that Mac users should try Firefox 1.0 - it has the correct support for the SSL.
