    Q: I can't see my favicon.ico file.

A: From what we have been able to find out, this was introduced in IE5 and has never worked properly. Specifically Macs running IE5 do not support it, and PCs running IE5 or above can rarely display the icon. Our servers are configured for favicon but it seems 90% of browsers are unable to display the icon. Please address any support calls for this issue to Microsoft or the producer of your browser.

Q: I get an error 404: file not found.

A: Note that new domain registrations can take between 24-48 hours to become visible around the Internet, while the name information is being propagated throughout the system - please be patient.

When you visit your Domain Name from the web via HTTP, you are actually visiting a file called index.asp. This file handles the URL masking and redirection to another website.

If you advertise your Domain Name with another file name (for example http://www.mydomainname.com/thisorthat.htm) the file will not be on our server and therefore a 404 error will be generated.
